About The Position

Sevita is seeking compassionate and patient individuals to join their team as Caregivers. In this role, you will help people grow, learn, and live well by developing meaningful relationships and supporting participants with their developmental goals. You will assist individuals with personal hygiene and support those who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. Requirements

• Must have a valid Driver’s License for at least 12 months after receiving your permit/intermediate license
• Willing to transport clients in company van
• Must be available to attend 1 week of paid orientation Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Must be willing to work with individuals who may display high behaviors, including physical and verbal aggression
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance

Nice To Haves

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
