About The Position

We are looking for the best Caregivers in Ledbetter, TX, willing to work at a healthy and happy environment, with a competitive pay and to start working as soon as possible. This is a Part-Time position with a schedule of Monday & Thursday 8am to 4pm and Friday 8am to 12pm. The base pay is $15 an hour.

• Dementia experience
• Annual RAHU Training
• Bathing experience
• Medication Reminders
• Meal Prep and Companionship DAILY
• STRONG WORK ETHICS
• CAN-DO ATTITUDE
• Valid DL required

Responsibilities

• Provide personal assistance and/or health-related services to patients/clients in their place of residence.
• Provide a safe, clean and comfortable environment.
• Work cooperatively with the patient/client and family.
• Report observations and problems to the Supervisor.
• Provide companionship to client.
• Provide preparation of meals.
• Light housekeeping.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Provide transportation.
• Promote positive, supportive, respectful communication to patient/family and other employees.
• Provide an environment which promotes respect for patient, privacy and property.
• Demonstrate effective time management skills.
• Report unsafe conditions and problems to agency management.
• Demonstrate commitment, professional growth and competency through attending required in-services.
• Promote the Right at Home philosophy and administrative policies to ensure quality of care.
