About The Position
We are seeking compassionate and reliable caregivers to join our team and support clients with their daily needs in a one-on-one environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to add consistent hours to your schedule. Pay: $17.00/hr (Bi-weekly pay + daily access to earnings via the Tapcheck app!). Opportunities to fill schedule gaps. Requirements
- HHA certification or CNA license (required).
- CPR or BLS certification (required).
- Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes (required).
- Kind, compassionate, and patient.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow care plans and help clients feel comfortable.
- In accordance with Florida law, applicants for this position are required to complete background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
- Caregiving experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assistance with personal care (not limited to bathing, grooming, dressing, etc).
- Light housekeeping.
- Companionship and conversation.
- Meal prep and feeding support.
