About The Position

As a Caregiver at Sevita, you will engage in rewarding work by helping individuals grow, learn, and live well. This role involves developing meaningful relationships with the people you serve, with leaders providing trust and ownership to ensure the best for participants. You will take initiative to help participants integrate into the community and enjoy their favorite activities, while also supporting them with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. The position requires assisting individuals with personal hygiene and supporting those who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance

Nice To Haves

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
