About The Position

Actively Hiring Caregivers for Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday, 8-hour shifts (9am-5pm) in Chula Vista. Cheer Home Care is seeking compassionate individuals to provide non-medical home care services to the elderly and disabled. This role focuses on companionship, personal care, homemaking, and transportation to help clients maintain a comfortable and fulfilling life at home. Your vibrant personality and exceptional skills will make a positive difference in the lives of seniors and adults with disabilities.

Requirements

• Helping with activities of daily living
• Strong organizational & communication skills
• Able to drive client in their own personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement)
• Cell phone with internet access

Nice To Haves

• Hoyer Lift experience preferred
• CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, AED certifications are preferred but NOT required

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, toileting, personal hygiene assistance, and light meal prep.
• Provide transportation services to clients for medical appointments.
• Assist with Dementia Care, Alzheimer's Care, Parkinson's Care, Hospice Care and more.
• Perform light housekeeping and organization.

Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $20 to $23, depending on experience, certifications, reference reviews, car access, and more.
