About The Position

Alliance Senior Care is looking for experienced Caregivers to join our team and make a difference in the life of a senior. All care is 1-1 care! We are seeking a Caregiver to join our team. In this role, you will make a difference in the lives of seniors. The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and reliable. Join our team, where all we do is provide one-on-one care!

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of Previous Caregiving Experience
• Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills
• Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, respectful, ethical

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is preferred
• Experienced working in Home Care, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing or Group Home is Preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing
• Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises
• Prepare meals and snacks
• Light housekeeping activities
• Medication reminders
• Provide companionship
• Assist with errands and shopping
• 12 Hour Night Shifts - Must be able to stay until 8am
