About The Position

Suite Living Senior Care is seeking compassionate, dedicated, and caring Caregivers to join their team at the Prior Lake location. They provide high-quality Assisted Living and Memory Care in intimate communities, each with 32 units, including 10 dedicated Memory Care apartments. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about helping others and thriving in a person-centered care environment, whether experienced or newly certified. The Caregiver will work directly with residents to provide personalized care and support.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred)
• Ability to pass medications (training provided)
• Must be at least 18 years old
• A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability
• PM Shift (2PM-10PM) Availability
• All shifts (PT & FT) must be available to work every other weekend

Nice To Haves

• CNA Certification preferred, but not required
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility
• Help with medication administration (training provided)
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations
