About The Position

Always Best Care Senior Services - Edmonds is seeking experienced caregivers, HCAs, and CNAs who are passionate about helping seniors live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes. Unlike facility-based care, our caregivers have the opportunity to provide personalized, one-on-one support while developing lasting relationships with clients and their families. We are looking for individuals with experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Assisted Living Communities, Memory Care, Rehabilitation Centers, or Adult Family Homes who want a more rewarding caregiving experience.

Requirements

Previous caregiving experience required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Ability to work independently and professionally
Must be at least 18 years old
Must pass a background check and medical clearance requirements
Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing excellent care

Nice To Haves

Current Washington State CNA or HCA credential preferred
Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs)
Experience in Assisted Living Communities
Experience in Memory Care Facilities
Experience in Rehabilitation Centers
Experience in Adult Family Homes
Experience in Home Care Agencies
Experience in Long-Term Care Settings

Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care, bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support
Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support
Help with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
Provide transportation to appointments, errands, shopping, and community activities
Observe and report changes in client health and well-being
Promote independence, dignity, and quality of life for every client
Build trusted relationships with clients and their families
