About The Position

Join our growing team of compassionate caregivers and help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Whether you're an experienced caregiver or just beginning your career, we provide the training and support you need to succeed. As a caregiver, you'll provide compassionate, non-medical care that helps older adults remain independent at home.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance (if driving clients)
• Ability to pass a background check (HCA registration)
• Negative TB test (or willingness to obtain one)
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient
• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care
• Passionate about helping seniors maintain their independence
• Professional with excellent communication skills
• Able to work independently while following care plans
• Reliable and punctual

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required—we provide training

Responsibilities

• Providing companionship and engaging conversation
• Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Meal planning and preparation
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Medication reminders
• Transportation to appointments and errands
• Mobility assistance, transfers, and fall prevention
• Dementia and Alzheimer's support through redirection and compassionate care
• Monitoring changes in clients' conditions and communicating with the care team
