About The Position

At Right at Home SLC, we help seniors and adults with disabilities stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. We are looking for compassionate caregivers in the Salt Lake area who are ready to make a difference. We currently have part-time openings on weekdays and weekends for caregivers who bring kindness, dignity, and support to those who need it most.

Requirements

Must be 18 or older
Valid driver's license + reliable transportation
Eligible to work in the U.S.
Able to pass a background check

Nice To Haves

Experience with dementia or behavioral care
Familiarity with hoyer lifts and gait belts

Responsibilities

Companionship and emotional support
Assistance with hygiene and mobility
Meal preparation and light housekeeping
Transportation to appointments or outings
Medication reminders
Building meaningful connections that foster well-being

Benefits

Competitive pay: $16.75–$18.25/hour (based on experience, CNA, or Dementia Certification)
Minimum $27.50 per shift
Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $16.75/hour
Raises after 60 days + annual reviews
Generous bonus after 60 days (20+ hours/week + required documents completed)
Mileage reimbursement between client visits
