About The Position

Hastings Assisted Living, a Cassia community, is hiring a Caregiver (CNA, HHA, PCA) to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will assist residents with daily living tasks, mobility, and medication administration while promoting independence, maintaining accurate documentation, and contributing to a respectful, team-based care environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about supporting aging adults, values teamwork, and treats residents, families, and colleagues with dignity and respect.

Requirements

• Interest and passion for caring for the elderly.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and medication administration.
• Assist with mobility and transportation care.
• Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence.
• Document services performed on client service sheets and on medication administration sheets.
• Display an attitude of courtesy and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Function as a team member with other staff in the performance of duties.
