Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or Letter of Experience
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Reliable and trustworthy
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in caregiving is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping tasks
- Accompany clients to appointments, and errand runs
- Monitor clients' health and report any changes to the care team
- Follow company policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations
