About The Position
Brookdale, the nation's largest senior living provider, is seeking a Caregiver for their welcoming Brookdale Hagerstown family. This role offers a $1.00 shift differential for the 3-11pm shift, free lunch/dinner, flexible scheduling for work/life balance, and opportunities for professional development and wellness programs. Full-time associates are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package. Veterans, transitioning military personnel, and military spouses are encouraged to apply. Requirements
- Every other weekend required.
- Full-time availability for the 3-11pm shift.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to residents, recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating each senior with respect and dignity.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs.
- Help residents with household tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and dishes.
- Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
- Complete training/certification as may be required based on state regulation.
