Caregiver Part-time
About The Position
This part-time position involves assisting individuals with their personal hygiene and supporting those who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. The role requires a compassionate, patient individual who finds meaning in this type of work and is looking for a promising future at Sevita. Each day, caregivers can expect to help people grow, learn, and live well, develop meaningful relationships with those they serve, and take initiative to help participants engage with the community and enjoy their favorite activities. Support will also be provided for participants' developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
- Communication skills

- Valid Driver's license held for at least one year (post-permit)
- Clean motor vehicle record that meets Sevita’s insurability policy
- Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
