Requirements

• Complete the California-required Home Care Aide (HCA) Registration and Live Scan fingerprinting prior to orientation.
• Provide a current negative TB test.
• Have at least 1 year of experience assisting adults with personal care, including diaper changes.
• Experience may include caring for a family member, working in a care facility, or providing in-home care.

Nice To Haves

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle strongly preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
• Assisting adults with personal care, including diaper changes.
• Providing transportation to medical appointments, grocery shopping, and other errands (for those with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle).
