About The Position
America's Home Health Services is a rapidly growing home care agency seeking compassionate caregivers to join their mission of providing high-quality care to clients in their homes. They emphasize supporting their caregivers with appreciation, one-on-one coordination for scheduling, client matching, and a fast start to employment. This specific role is for the 2nd shift on Saturdays and Sundays, from 5 PM to 1 AM.
Requirements
- A caring, patient, and dependable personality
- Ability to work independently and follow care instructions
- Must meet state requirements for home care employment
Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, etc.)
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
- Support clients with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Communicate all changes to the care team
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for clients
