Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, etc.)
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
- Support clients with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Communicate all changes to the care team
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for clients
