About The Position

At The Terraces at Via Verde, an Agemark Senior Living community, we’re looking for a compassionate and dependable Caregiver who enjoys helping seniors feel supported, valued, and cared for. You’ll assist residents with their daily needs, encourage independence, and build meaningful connections that make a difference in their lives. • Be available to work the assigned schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required. We provide training!

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with dressing, bathing, meals, and other personal needs.
• Encourage residents to remain active and involved in their daily routines.
• Watch for changes in residents’ conditions and report concerns promptly.
• Develop meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Engage residents in activities, conversations, and moments that make each day special.
• Provide dependable support with patience, respect, and compassion.
