Caregiver - AM Full Time
About The Position
Lo-Har Senior Living is currently seeking a Caregiver to join their team. The Caregiver supports residents with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, socialization, cognition, and physical health. They encourage resident independence, support resident choice, and preserve resident dignity through professional conduct and interactions. Critical Success Factors include exhibiting a positive customer service attitude, displaying personal initiative, demonstrating consistent work attendance, possessing strong communication skills (listening, sensitivity, thoughtful responses, timely and accurate reporting), maintaining confidentiality, presenting a neat and clean appearance, and participating in in-services and helping new staff learn job tasks.
Requirements
- Meets age requirements according to facility policy and state regulations.
Nice To Haves
- Prior direct care experience preferred.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Current CPR certification preferred.
Responsibilities
