About The Position
StoryPoint Concord Township is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join their team. This full-time position offers two shift options: 7 AM - 7:15 PM or 7 PM - 7:15 AM. The role involves providing direct care and support to elderly residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Regular monthly conversations with leaders are scheduled to discuss performance, growth, and opportunities for improvement. Requirements
- Passionate about working with the elderly.
- Punctuality and Professionalism.
- Interest in pursuing a career in a Healthcare setting (e.g., CNA, Nursing, Geriatrics).
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and competent care for residents.
- Assist residents with bathing, showering, and grooming/dressing.
- Assist residents with dining.
- Provide wheelchair and walking escorts.
- Assist residents with meal, activity, and medication reminders.
- Answer resident call signals.
- Participate in Life Enrichment activities.
