Caregiver with Flexible Schedule
About The Position
Right at Home is seeking caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants, and Home Health Aides to provide compassionate, hands-on support to clients in Portland, Tennessee. The role offers flexible scheduling, consistent support, and a positive work environment. Caregivers may choose full- or part-time work, long or short shifts, and weekday or weekend shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and overnights. Pay starts at $15–$18 per hour, with weekly pay and a weekend differential. Benefits also include health insurance and dental options, paid training and development, and a referral bonus program.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Driver’s license and vehicle.
- One year of caregiving experience.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.

- Lift/transfer experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care and other daily activities.
- Prepare meals and perform cleaning tasks.
- Assist clients with mobility.
- Provide medication reminders.
