Westfield, Full time, 4:30pm - 11:00pm, 7 days a week, Lovely elderly women, soon to be discharged from a rehab facility, chronic Heart failure, dementia, & sundowning. Needs assistance acclimating back home. Pay rate $16.50 or $17.00 based on certification.

Please note that we fill these positions very quickly. If this schedule has been filled, there are many other opportunities.

Requirements

• Dementia Experience
• At least 1 year senior care exp.
• Reliable transportation
• Driver's License
• Clean motor vehicle history
• At least 2 professional work history references... Not friends
• Willing to submit to backgrounds checks
• Willing to accept 1 shift every other weekend
• Able to speak, understand, read, write in English
