About The Position
Home Helpers Home Care is seeking a reliable, compassionate, Spanish-speaking caregiver in McDonough, GA to provide one-on-one care for a client with dementia. This position involves assisting with daily living activities, providing supervision and safety monitoring, meal assistance, companionship, and supporting the client's daily routines.
Requirements
- Spanish-speaking is required
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Clean driving record
- Must complete employment requirements
- Maintain client confidentiality and professional ethics
- Access to email and a mobile smart device
Nice To Haves
- 3+ years of caregiving experience preferred
- Dementia care experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding
- Provide continuous supervision, safety monitoring, and redirection
- Assist with meals and meal preparation
- Provide companionship and light housekeeping
- Support daily routines and client needs
