About The Position

The Evergreen Inn, an Agemark Senior Living community, is looking for a compassionate and dependable Caregiver to join their overnight team. Requirements

• Must have an active CNA credential.
• Have a genuine interest in helping older adults live their best lives.
• Be willing to collaborate with and support your coworkers.
• Listen, communicate clearly, and respond with patience.
• Be available to work the assigned overnight schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Bring a friendly, compassionate, and dependable approach to each shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with dressing, bathing, meals, and other personal needs.
• Encourage residents to remain active and involved in their daily routines.
• Watch for changes in residents’ conditions and report concerns promptly.
• Develop meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment throughout the overnight hours.
• Provide dependable support with patience, respect, and compassion.
