About The Position

We're looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers who are passionate about improving the lives of others while becoming part of a supportive and rewarding team. Whether you're an experienced caregiver or just beginning your career, we'd love to meet you! As a Caregiver, you will provide non-medical in-home care and companionship to seniors and adults with disabilities. You'll help clients maintain their independence by assisting with daily living activities while delivering compassionate, respectful, and personalized care.

Requirements

Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to pass a criminal background check.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
Current auto insurance (if transporting clients).
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and assist with transfers when necessary.

Nice To Haves

Previous caregiving, home health, assisted living, or nursing home experience is preferred but not required.
CPR and First Aid Certification are a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including: Bathing, Dressing, Grooming, Toileting, Mobility and transfers
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and linen changes.
Provide medication reminders (no medication administration unless authorized).
Escort clients to appointments and errands.
Monitor and report changes in a client's condition.
Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
Follow all company policies, HIPAA regulations, and client care plans.
Promote a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.
