About The Position

Welcome, future caregiver! This posting is reserved for students and graduates referred through CareLinx's nursing school partnerships in California, Washington, and Massachusetts. If you were directed here by your school, program advisor, or career services office — you're in the right place, and we're glad you're here. If you found this listing independently and have not been referred through a participating nursing school or program, please visit carelinx.com to explore and apply to open opportunities in your area! Thank you for continuing to build your caregiving career with CareLinx - we’re grateful to have you as part of our community! CareLinx by Sharecare is a nationwide caregiver registry — and we work differently. You set your availability in the CareLinx app, and our team matches you with clients that fit your schedule, preferences, and goals. Whether you want steady recurring shifts or per-diem flexibility, you stay in control of how much you work — while we handle the match. We're currently hiring experienced caregivers to provide non-clinical, in-home care to health plan members and private clients in your area. If you're passionate about making a real difference in someone's daily life and want a role that respects your time and expertise, we'd love to hear from you. Once onboarded, you'll work alongside the dedicated Care Partner team focused on finding you the right matches — based on location, client needs, and your availability. The best caregivers on our platform build consistent schedules, stay engaged through the app, and communicate proactively with their Care Partners!
