About The Position
Alliance Senior Care is looking for experienced Caregivers to join our team and make a difference in the life of a senior. All care is 1-1 care! We are seeking a Caregiver to join our team. In this role, you will make a difference in the lives of seniors. The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and reliable.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of Previous Caregiving Experience
- Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, respectful, ethical
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is preferred
- Experienced working in Home Care, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing or Group Home is Preferred
- Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing
- Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises
- Prepare meals and snacks
- Light housekeeping activities
- Medication reminders
- Provide companionship
- Assist with errands and shopping
- 12 Hour Night Shifts - Must be able to stay until 8am
