About The Position

This Caregiver role at Sevita involves helping individuals grow, learn, and live well by developing meaningful relationships with them. Caregivers are trusted to do what's right for participants, taking initiative to help them engage in community activities and enjoy their favorite pastimes. The role includes supporting participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition, as well as assisting with personal hygiene. Caregivers will also support individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. The company seeks compassionate, patient individuals who find meaning in this type of work.
