About The Position
Right at Home Kentuckiana is hiring caregivers to provide one-on-one support to clients in their homes. Caregivers assist with daily tasks and provide a steady, caring presence, helping clients live well at home with dignity. The position offers schedules that may include days, evenings, overnights, and weekends, with weekly pay and opportunities to start immediately. Paid training and referral incentives are offered. Pay is $16–$16.50 per hour, based on experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong communication skills in English.
Nice To Haves
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current insurance are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, grooming, hygiene, mobility, and safe transfers.
- Perform light housekeeping and prepare meals.
- Provide companionship and meaningful conversation.
- Give medication reminders.
- Transport clients to appointments.
