Requirements

At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
At least 18 years of age
Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Nursing Assistant (NA), Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) Certification
Valid driver’s license, with access to a fully insured personal vehicle
TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray
Must comply with state background screening requirements
Must be eligible to work in the US

Responsibilities

Support clients living with Alzheimer’s, Dementia and/or other cognitive impairments with personalized, 1:1 care in the safety of their homes.
Provide cognitive & behavioral support: Offering gentle reminders, redirection, and structure to reduce confusion and anxiety.
Assist with personal care: Dressing, grooming, hygiene, and meals with respect and patience.
Help maintain a calm, familiar, and organized environment with basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
Provide transportation: Driving clients to appointments, running errands, and grocery shopping.
Offer companionship: Conversation, music, memory games, or sensory activities tailored to cognitive needs.
