Caregiver
About The Position
All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate individuals to serve as Caregivers. In this role, you will provide individualized care to clients in their homes, assisting with daily activities to enhance their quality of life. The company focuses on delivering quality, compassionate, and individualized care and support to help people stay at home while maximizing their dignity, privacy, and independence. Services are tailored to meet the needs of people of all ages, physical conditions, and cognitive abilities, including personal care, homemaking, professional nursing, older adult care management, Alzheimer's/dementia care, and respite care.
Requirements
- Eighteen years of age or older
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Minimum of six (6) months of caregiving experience (professional or familial, including care for a family member)
- Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
- Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
- Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check
