Requirements
- Gujarati speaking ability.
- Must have a car.
- Health Care Aide certification required.
- Access to reliable transportation and valid insurance.
- Ability to pass a background check and reference check.
- A hunger to learn how to best care for your clients.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as an HCA, Personal Care Aide/Assistant, or similar position.
Responsibilities
- Implement personalized care plans that cater to the holistic needs of our clients.
- Deliver outstanding care by assisting with various daily activities and managing the overall well-being of clients.
- Assist clients with errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, grocery shopping, transportation, ambulation, transfers.
- Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, mobility, incontinence care, feeding and other services.
- Offer companionship and friendship for seniors and loved ones.
- Provide medication reminders.
