Responsibilities

Help residents with daily needs including dressing, bathing, meals, and personal care.
Spend time with residents and encourage connection, independence, and fun.
Keep an eye on residents' well-being and communicate any changes or concerns.
Work alongside an awesome team to provide personalized, compassionate care.
Help create a safe, positive, and welcoming environment where residents can thrive.
Treat every resident with the dignity, patience, and respect they deserve.
