About The Position

Independent Home Health is hiring dependable, compassionate Caregivers for an immediate opening with a client in Muncy Valley, PA. This client primarily uses a wheelchair and needs assistance with some mobility, everyday household tasks and his daily routine. We're looking for caregivers who are comfortable providing hands-on support when needed.

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older
• Dependable, caring and patient
• Reliable transportation
• Able to complete required background checks
• Comfortable providing mobility and transfer assistance when needed

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving experience
• Experience with wheelchair users, transfers or mobility assistance

Responsibilities

• Occasional transfer assistance
• Meal preparation
• Laundry, dishes and light housekeeping
• Dressing assistance as needed
• Medication reminders as needed
• Supervision and everyday support
