About The Position

The Evergreen Inn, an Agemark Senior Living community, is looking for a compassionate and dependable Caregiver to join their overnight team. As part of a Great Place to Work certified organization, the Caregiver will help residents feel safe, comfortable, and cared for throughout the night while building meaningful connections. Requirements

• Must have a current Washington State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) credential.
• Bring a friendly, compassionate, and encouraging approach to your work.
• Have a genuine interest in helping seniors live their best lives.
• Be willing to collaborate with and support your coworkers.
• Listen, communicate clearly, and respond with patience.
• Be available to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required. We provide training!

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with dressing, bathing, toileting, and other personal needs.
• Help maintain a peaceful, safe, and comfortable environment throughout the night.
• Watch for changes in residents’ conditions and report concerns promptly.
• Develop meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Respond to residents’ needs with patience, kindness, and compassion.
• Provide dependable support while respecting each resident’s privacy and independence.
