About The Position
Glenwood House is seeking a full-time Caregiver to work Wednesday-Friday from 2p-10p and every other weekend from 9a-9p. This role involves assisting individuals with personal hygiene, supporting those with behavioral challenges and complex needs, and helping participants grow, learn, and live well. The ideal candidate is compassionate, patient, and finds meaning in this type of work.
Requirements
- No High School Diploma or equivalent
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
- Communication skills

- Valid Driver's license
- Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
Responsibilities
- Assist people with their personal hygiene
- Support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs
- Help participants grow, learn, and live well
- Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve
- Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
- Help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities
