About The Position

We are looking for a dedicated Caregiver to join our team in Aliso Viejo and make a meaningful difference every day. This role involves assisting clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), providing companionship, and observing client conditions. Requirements

  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
  • Physically able to assist with transfers and mobility (Push/pull up to 50 lbs, Lift up to 30 lbs).
  • Strong communication and documentation skills (written and in-app).
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Willing to work flexible shifts, including some weekends.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or GED required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ADLs & IADLs (professional or personal caregiving).
  • Reliable, patient, and compassionate personality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow care plans and work independently.
  • Dependable and punctual.
  • Prior caregiving experience (professional or personal) is a plus, but not required.
  • CNA, HHA, or similar certifications preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance.
  • Support IADLs (Instrumental Activities of Daily Living), including meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, errands, and transportation.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance quality of life.
  • Observe and report any changes in client condition.
