Our House Assisted Living is looking for a compassionate and dependable Part-Time Caregiver to join our team. Requirements
- Must be able to pass a background check and meet employment requirements.
Nice To Haves
- CNA certification preferred
- Previous caregiving or assisted living experience is a plus
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently while providing exceptional resident care
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Assist with meals and encourage resident independence whenever possible
- Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests
- Monitor residents' well-being and report concerns to the nursing team
- Complete accurate documentation
- Assist with light housekeeping and laundry duties as assigned
- Help create a warm, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents
