About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring compassionate Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), Caregivers, Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) to provide in-home care for seniors and adults with disabilities in the Windham/Salem area. Whether you're experienced or just starting out, we provide the training, support, and flexibility you need to succeed. Caregivers provide essential support to seniors, ranging from companionship and light housekeeping to personal care and hygiene assistance. Tasks may include: Helping with errands and meal preparation, Providing medication reminders, Assisting with bathing, dressing, and toileting, Offering companionship and emotional support, Light housekeeping and maintaining a safe environment. You'll have the flexibility to choose the clients and schedules that work best for you, and we offer free training to help you earn your official PCA certification!
Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and speak English at a conversational level
- Respectful, compassionate, and dependable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to get to client locations
- Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
