About The Position

Caregivers at Montage Creek assist residents with activities of daily living while treating them with dignity, respect, and compassion. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a Caregiver is preferred but not required.
• Certification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide is a plus.
• CPR/First Aid certification; training is available upon hire.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays is preferred.
