About The Position

At Griswold Home Care, we know that caregiving is more than a job—it's a calling. We’re hiring compassionate Caregivers, HHAs, and CNAs for daytime shifts who want to be part of a company that sees and supports them. You'll help seniors live independently in their own homes by providing personal care, companionship and conversation, meal preparation and light housekeeping, medication reminders, transportation assistance, and accurate documentation of care activities.

Requirements

• A heart for caregiving and compassion for others
• 6+ months of caregiving experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license + current auto insurance -or- Reliable transportation
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Able to pass background checks
• 2 professional references

Responsibilities

• Personal Care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
• Companionship and conversation
• Meal Preparation and light housekeeping
• Medication Reminders
• Transportation Assistance (appointments, errands)
• Accurate Documentation of care activities
