About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring Caregivers, Homemakers, Home Health Aides (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Personal Care Assistants (PCA), and Personal Care (PC) providers for in-home care positions in Worcester, Holden, Paxton, West Boylston, Rutland, and surrounding areas. Join a growing team providing non-medical and personal in-home care services to seniors. We are seeking compassionate, reliable caregivers at all experience levels for a full-time position with consistent hours available.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow care plans and client preferences
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient
- HHA/CNA certification required for applicable roles
Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) (bathing, dressing, grooming as applicable)
- Provide personal care and hygiene assistance (HHA/CNA/PCA roles)
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Assist with meal preparation and nutrition
- Perform light housekeeping (cleaning, laundry, organizing)
- Assist with errands, transportation, and daily tasks
- Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
