About The Position

At Senior Helpers of Cerritos, we're dedicated to providing exceptional in-home care that enhances the quality of life for seniors. As a Caregiver, you'll play a vital role in helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Requirements

• Complete the California-required Home Care Aide (HCA) Registration and Live Scan fingerprinting prior to orientation.
• Provide a current negative TB test.
• At least 1 year of experience assisting adults with personal care, including diaper changes. Experience may include caring for a family member, working in a care facility, or providing in-home care.

Nice To Haves

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle strongly preferred.
• Many of our clients require transportation to medical appointments, grocery shopping, and other errands.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in remaining safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
• Provide personal care, including diaper changes.
• Transport clients to medical appointments, grocery shopping, and other errands (preferred).
