About The Position
Coast Care is actively hiring professional caregivers with 6+ months of experience to provide in-home care across San Diego County. We believe experienced caregivers deserve more support, flexibility, and recognition. Requirements
- At least 6 months of professional caregiving experience
- Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration
- Negative TB test within the past 2 years
- Reliable transportation across San Diego County
- Basic English communication skills
- Smartphone access for documentation and communication
Responsibilities
- Provide in-home care across San Diego County.
Benefits
- $18.50/hour for experienced caregivers
- $21–$23/hour for on-call/stand-by shifts (with mileage reimbursement)
