Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous caregiving, CNA, HHA, PCA, or home-care experience preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, reliable, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• Must meet applicable company requirements.
• ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE PROOF OF VACCINATION.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Help clients with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities.
• Prepare meals and provide medication reminders.
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks.
• Help with errands and transportation as needed.
• Follow individualized care plans and promote client independence.
• Observe and report changes in clients' condition or well-being.
