About The Position

We are seeking compassionate and dependable PRN Caregivers at The Ivy of McKinney to support our residents across all shifts. This role provides flexible, as-needed coverage to ensure high-quality care and support at all times. We believe that providing high-quality, personalized care is at the heart of what we do. We recognize that every resident is unique, with their own needs and preferences, and we are committed to tailoring our approach to meet each individual's specific requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum age of 18 years old.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass background check and required health screenings.
• Detail-oriented.
• Compassionate.
• Strong work ethic.

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving experience preferred (senior living, assisted living, memory care, or home care).

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance to residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Help residents maintain their independence and quality of life.
• Monitor and report any changes in residents' health or behavior to the appropriate team members.
• Effectively communicate with residents.
• Follow care plans.
• Document observations accurately.
