We are hiring Caregivers who can commute to cities in Orange County such as Orange, Huntington Beach, and/or Anaheim Hills to support clients by delivering top-notch care and support to them, right in the comfort of their home. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver who is a self-starter. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following the clients care plan.
Requirements
- Two Caregiving References: Provide contact information for two references who can attest to your caregiving experience.
- Valid ID: Ensure your identification documents comply with I-9 requirements.
- Negative TB Test: Provide proof of a negative TB test. If you need a TB skin test, we cover the full cost for eligible candidates.

- Reliable Commute: Preferred: Demonstrate a reliable means of commuting to work or have plans to relocate before your start date.
- Self-Starter: Demonstrates initiative and the ability to anticipate client needs without constant supervision. Shows a proactive approach to solving problems and improving the client's well-being.
- Empathetic and Compassionate: Shows genuine concern for the client's well-being and provides care with kindness and respect.
- Adaptable: Able to handle unexpected situations calmly and efficiently, adjusting to care plans as necessary.
Responsibilities
- Personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, transfers)
- Meal preparation

- Light housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- Follow the client care plan and provide updates as needed
- Errands/transportation- As needed
