About The Position

TheKey is currently hiring experienced caregivers (CNA/HHA/PCA) for all shifts to support clients in Virginia Beach and surrounding areas. This role offers top pay rates starting at $16-$18 per hour, a $300 sign-on bonus, and flexible scheduling options including full-time and part-time. Requirements

At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
At least 18 years of age.
Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certificate.
Valid driver's license, with access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray.
Must comply with state background screening requirements.
Must be eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

Assist clients 1:1 with personal care, including dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
Provide companionship, social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
Offer transportation to clients for appointments and errands.
Perform light housekeeping duties such as basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
