About The Position
Join a growing care team and make a meaningful difference for three local seniors. We are looking for someone who connects naturally with people and brings patience, warmth, and reliability to every visit. This role offers a consistent daytime schedule every Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with immediate opening. Mileage between clients is paid.
Requirements
- A warm, patient, and engaging person who connects well with seniors
- Dependable, punctual, organized, and ready to begin immediately
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and automobile insurance
- Comfortable traveling between Strongsville, Parma, and Brook Park
- Comfortable around cats—one client has cats in the home
Responsibilities
- Complete light housekeeping, including bathrooms, kitchens, and laundry
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home
- Provide friendly companionship and meaningful conversation
- Prepare meals and snacks if needed
- Possible transportation to and from appointments
- Possible shopping tasks
- Communicate concerns or changes to the Senior Helpers office team
