About The Position

Are you a dependable and compassionate caregiver who enjoys making a real difference in people’s lives? We are seeking experienced caregivers in the Santa Ana area who are confident assisting clients with both Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (iADLs) in a home care setting. As a caregiver, you will provide personalized support to seniors and individuals who need assistance maintaining comfort, safety, and independence at home.

Requirements

  • Previous caregiving experience required
  • Experience with both ADLs and iADLs preferred
  • Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and follow care plans
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
  • CNA or HCA certification is a plus, but not required
  • Prior caregiving experience is a plus
  • Physically able to assist with mobility and transfers
  • Ability to push/pull up to 50 lbs and lift up to 30 lbs
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including some weekends
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or GED required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with both ADLs and iADLs preferred
  • CNA or HCA certification is a plus, but not required

  • Bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene
  • Dressing and toileting assistance
  • Mobility and transfer support
